1. Warranty Period
We offer a Limited Warranty on all original Wildvex products purchased directly from our store:

Tents and Shelters: 1-year limited warranty.

Insulated Flasks and Coolers: Lifetime limited warranty on thermal performance.

Outdoor Furniture (Chairs, Cots): 1-year limited warranty on frames and structural integrity.

Accessories: 90-day limited warranty.
2. What is Covered?
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use. This includes:

Broken zippers or buckles.

Seam failures or structural defects in fabric.

Loss of thermal insulation properties (for flasks/coolers).

Broken frames or joints in furniture.
3. What is NOT Covered?
Wildvex is built for the rugged outdoors, but our warranty does not cover:

Normal Wear and Tear: Scratches, dents, or fading of colors over time.

Misuse or Accidents: Damage caused by improper setup, fires, animal attacks, or extreme weather conditions beyond product ratings.

Unauthorized Alterations: Any modifications or repairs made outside of Wildvex services.

Commercial Use: Items used for rental or commercial purposes.
4. How to Make a Claim
If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please follow these steps:

Contact Support: Email us at info@wildvex.com with the subject line "Warranty Claim - [Order Number]".

Provide Evidence: Include clear photos or a short video showing the defect, along with a description of how it occurred.

Evaluation: Our technical team will review your claim within 3–5 business days.

Resolution: If approved, we will—at our discretion—either repair the item, provide a replacement of the same or equivalent value, or issue a store credit.
5. Shipping Costs for Warranty

Wildvex will cover the shipping costs for sending replacement items to the customer.

The customer may be responsible for the shipping costs to send the defective unit to our inspection center, unless otherwise stated by our support team.
6. Limitation of Liability
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Wildvex is not responsible for direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from any breach of warranty or condition.
