1. Ordering & Payments

  • What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and digital wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay. Please note that we do not support Stripe at this time.

  • Is my payment information secure? Absolutely. Wildvex uses Industry-standard SSL encryption and PCI-compliant payment processors to ensure your data is 100% protected. We never store your full credit card details.

  • Can I change or cancel my order? We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to change or cancel, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order at info@wildvex.com.

2. Shipping & Delivery

  • How much does shipping cost? Standard Shipping is FREE for all orders. If you need your gear sooner, we offer Expedited Shipping starting at $4.99.

  • Where do you ship? Currently, Wildvex only provides domestic shipping. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

  • What is the Order Cut-off Time? Our cut-off time is 5:00 PM. Orders placed before this time start processing the same business day.

  • How long will it take to get my gear? Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days, while Expedited shipping takes 2–3 business days.

3. Returns & Refunds

  • What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window for unused items in their original packaging.

  • How long does it take to receive a refund? Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days to your original method of payment.

  • Do I have to pay for return shipping? If the item is defective or we made a mistake, we cover the cost. For "change of mind" returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.

4. Product & Warranty

  • Does Wildvex gear come with a warranty? Yes! Most of our gear, including our Arctic Series flasks and Dark Room tents, comes with a Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects. Check our Warranty Policy page for specific details.

  • How do I clean my Wildvex vacuum-insulated flask? To preserve the powder coating and thermal seal, we recommend hand-washing with warm soapy water. Avoid using the dishwasher unless specified on the product page.

  • What is "Dark Room Technology" in your tents? It is a specialized fabric coating that blocks up to 90% of sunlight, keeping the tent cooler and allowing you to sleep in past sunrise.
