Return & Refund Policy

We really want you to love your new gear from Wildvex. But we get it sometimes things just don't work out the way you planned for your trip. If you're not 100% happy with what you bought, we're here to help you get it sorted out without the headache.

THE 30-DAY WINDOW

Basically, you have 30 days from the moment your package hits your doorstep to decide if it's a keeper. If 30 days fly by and we haven't heard from you, we won't be able to process a return or an exchange. So, definitely give your gear a good look-over as soon as it arrives!

CAN I RETURN THIS?

To get your money back, the item needs to be in the exact same shape it was when it arrived. That means:

  • No dirt, no wear, and definitely no trail miles keep it brand new and unused.
  • Keep the original box, tags, and all the little manuals that came inside.
  • You'll need to show us your receipt or order confirmation so we know it’s ours.

THE STEPS TO A REFUND

  1. Drop us a line: Email the team at info@wildvex.com. Tell us your order number and why you’re sending it back.
  2. Wait for the green light: Once we approve it, we’ll tell you exactly where to mail the package.
  3. Ship it off: Pack it up tight so it doesn't get banged up on the way back to us.

WHO PAYS FOR SHIPPING?

  • If we messed up: If the item is broken, defective, or we sent the wrong thing entirely, Wildvex covers the shipping. We'll make it right at no cost to you.

  • If you just changed your mind: If you decided you want a different color or just don’t need it anymore, the return shipping is on you. We also don't charge any restocking fees, which is one less thing for you to worry about.

GETTING YOUR MONEY BACK

Once your return arrives at our warehouse and we check it out, we’ll send you an email. If everything looks good, we’ll hit the "refund" button right away. The money will go straight back to whatever card or account you used to pay. Most banks take about 5 to 7 business days to show the credit on your statement.

BROKEN GEAR?

Please check your order immediately. If something shows up damaged, let us know at info@wildvex.com so we can fix it before your next outdoor adventure starts.
