1. Return Window

  • You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.

  • Items returned after this 30-day period will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To ensure a successful return, please make sure that:

  • The item is in its original, unused condition (exactly as you received it).

  • The item is in its original packaging, including all tags, manuals, and accessories.

  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase from our store.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at info@wildvex.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.

  3. Please package the item securely to prevent damage during transit.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Wrong Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, Wildvex will cover all return shipping costs.

  • Customer Remorse: If you change your mind or no longer need the item, the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Refund Method & Timeline

  • Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Refund Issuance: If approved, your refund will be processed immediately.

  • Credit Location: A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

  • Processing Time: Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement or credit card, depending on your financial institution.

6. Damaged or Defective Gear

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for your next adventure.

7. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
