We offer two distinct shipping methods to suit your needs. All shipping costs will be calculated and displayed clearly at checkout.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipping, not the date of order.
2. Order Processing & Cut-off Time
We work hard to process your orders promptly so you can get out into the wild sooner.

Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (Local Time).

Orders placed before 5:00 PM will begin processing the same business day.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM, or on weekends/holidays, will be processed on the following business day.

Handling Time: Typically 1 – 2 business days.
3. Taxes

Tax-Free Shopping: Wildvex does not charge any additional sales tax on your orders. The price you see on the product page is the final price for the item.
4. Shipping Destinations

Domestic Shipping Only: Currently, Wildvex only ships to addresses within the country.

International Shipping: We do not offer international shipping at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our global adventurers.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). You can use this number to monitor your package's journey to your doorstep.
6. Missing or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact our support team immediately at info@wildvex.com so we can resolve the issue with the carrier.
