At Wildvex, we know you're itching to get your new gear and head outside. That’s why we’ve streamlined our shipping process to be as transparent as possible. No hidden fees, no guessing games just straightforward delivery to your door.

1. HOW FAST IS SHIPPING?

We offer two simple shipping options depending on how quickly you need your equipment. Please remember that delivery times are estimates based on when the package leaves our warehouse, not the moment you hit "order."

  • Standard Shipping: This is FREE for every single order. Expect your gear to arrive within 5 to 7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: If you're on a tight schedule, this starts at $4.99. Your package should be at your door in 2 to 3 business days.

2. ORDER PROCESSING & CUT-OFF TIMES

We like to get a head start on your orders. To make that happen, we follow a strict daily schedule:

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST).
  • If you order before 5:00 PM: We start working on your package that same business day.
  • If you order after 5:00 PM (or on weekends): We’ll get everything rolling on the very next business day.
  • Handling Time: Most orders take 1 to 2 business days to be packed and handed over to the carrier.

3. NO SURPRISE TAXES

What you see is what you pay. At Wildvex, we don’t tack on extra sales tax at checkout. The price listed on the product page is the final price for the gear itself.

4. WHERE DO WE SHIP?

Right now, we are focused on serving our local adventurers.

  • Domestic Shipping Only: We ship to all addresses within the United States.
  • International Shipping: We currently do not ship outside the US. We're sorry to our international friends, but we want to ensure our domestic service is perfect before we expand.

5. TRACKING YOUR GEAR

Nobody likes waiting in the dark. As soon as your order leaves our hands and is with the carrier, we’ll send you a Shipment Confirmation email. Inside, you’ll find a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey every step of the way.

6. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your gear arrives looking like it went through a storm, or if the tracking says "delivered" but there's nothing at your door, please don't wait. Reach out to us immediately at info@wildvex.com. We’ll jump on it and work with the carrier to find a solution so you don't miss out on your next trip.
